Your use of a “The Baking Class” website www.thebakingclass.com (hereinafter referred to as “TBC “) and services and tools are governed by the following terms and conditions as applicable to TBC Site. If you transact on TBC website, you shall be subject to the policies that are applicable to the website for such transaction. By mere use of the website you shall be contracting with TBC, a company registered with Tamil Nadu state and with Registered Office at No 12 Avenue Road, Rathinam Complex, 3rd Floor, Nungambakkam, Chennai-600028, Tamil Nadu, India and these terms and conditions constitute your binding obligations.

For the purpose of these terms of use, wherever the context so require You shall mean any natural or legal person who has either agreed to become a member of The Baking Class website service offering by providing Registration Data while registering on the TBC website as Registered User OR as Guest to use TBC Site without registering and just making use of the services offered by the TBC Site.
When you use any of the services provided by TBC Site, including but not limited to, you will be subject to the rules, guidelines, policies, terms, and conditions applicable to such service, and they shall be deemed to be incorporated into this Terms of Use and shall be considered as part and parcel of this Terms of Use. TBC Site reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms of Use, at any time. It is your responsibility to check these Terms of Use periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
The TBC Site currently provides users, with, access to register for baking classes and purchase of baking product from its website, other related training workshops conducted by TBC in its centres through its website. TBC Site provides capabilities for users to register and confirm the workshops, classes that it conducts online. The Service (or parts of it), at TBC Site, may be accessed or made available through or via various mediums or devices now known or hereafter developed. You also understand and agree that that the Service may include certain communications from TBC Site such as business announcements, administrative messages or offers.
You understand and agree that the Service is provided “AS-IS” and that TBC Site assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, wrong-delivery or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, no information presented in the Service or in connection with any products and services forming part of the Service shall be deemed as a binding offer by us or the relevant third party, but may constitute an invitation for you to place an order. In respect of contracts for our or any third party’s products and services which are made available as part of the Service, these shall be deemed concluded when we or the relevant third party have accepted your order for the same or have provided you with the product or service pursuant to your order.
Content that is considered obscene under Indian law, is strictly forbidden on the TBC Site, and users are prohibited from posting any material of an obscene nature on the TBC Site. Although TBC Site exercises due diligence to ensure that any obscene content posted by users in violation of This Agreement is promptly removed, users may sometimes come across user-posted obscene content that we have not yet discovered. Users shall make best endeavours to make TBC Site contact aware of such obscene/objectionable content that they come across while using the service.
MEMBERSHIP ELIGIBILITY
Use of TBC Site is available only to persons who can form legally binding contracts under Indian Contract Act, 1872. Persons who are “incompetent to contract” within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act, 1872 including minors, un-discharged insolvents etc. are not eligible to use the TBC Site. If you are a minor i.e. under the age of 18 years, you shall not register as a member of TBC Site and shall not transact or use TBC Site. As a minor if you wish to use or transact on TBC Site, such use or transaction may be made by your legal guardian or parents who have registered as users of TBC Site. TBC Site reserves the right to terminate your membership and refuse to provide you with access to TBC Site if it is brought to TBC Site notice or if it is discovered that you are under the age of 18 years.
User Account and Registration Obligations
If you use TBC Site, you shall be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your User ID and Password and you shall be responsible for all activities that occur under your User ID and Password. You agree that if you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete or TBC Site has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or not in accordance with the this Terms of Use, TBC Site has the right to indefinitely suspend or terminate or block access of your membership with TBC Site and refuse to provide you with access to the Site.
COMMUNICATION
When You use the Site or send emails or other data, information or communication to TBC Site, You agree and understand that You are communicating with TBC Site through electronic records and You consent to receive communications via electronic records from TBC Site periodically and as and when required. TBC Site may communicate with you by email or by such other mode of communication, electronic or otherwise.
TBC MEMBERSHIP CHARGES
Membership on TBC Site is FREE for users. TBC Site does not charge any fee OR extra fee for browsing and would only go with the value as specified by the website. TBC Site would only charge you for the exact value of the product or products, which is specified as price per product per unit. However TBC Site reserves the right to structure their price and change its policies from time to time. In particular, TBC Site may at its sole discretion introduce new services and modify some or all of the existing services offered on the TBC Site. In such an event TBC Site reserves, without notice to you, the right to introduce fees for the new services offered or amend/introduce fees for existing services, as the case may be. Changes to the Fee and related policies shall automatically become effective immediately once implemented on TBC Site. Unless otherwise stated, all fees shall be quoted in Indian Rupees. You shall be solely responsible for compliance of all applicable laws including those in India for making payments to TBC Site.
INFORMATION THAT WE COLLECT FROM YOU AND USE OF YOUR INFORMATION
When you visit the TBC Site or make an order, you may be asked to provide information about yourself including your name, contact details, mobile number, and email id. We may also collect information about your usage of the Site and information about you from the messages you post to the Site and the e-mails or letters you send to us.

It will also enable us to bill you and to contact you where necessary concerning our services.
